WST708 customized double ended shear beam load cell use for TMR Feed Mixer, This is a pin sensor with a double shear beam structure. Strain gauges are installed inside through drilled holes, and the load is detected by measuring the shear deformation of the pin under stress. It has mounting holes at both ends, allowing direct replacement of the existing hinge pins or shear pins in the equipment without altering the mechanical structure.
TMR mixers are typically equipped with 3-4 load cells (shear beam or pin type), installed at the support legs or chassis connection of the mixing tank, with an accuracy requirement of ±0.1% to ±0.5%.
